1. Introduction
Welcome to Packrafting Queenstown’s online shop. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Order Processing & Payments
- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
- Payments must be made in full at checkout unless a deposit option is available.
- Orders will be processed once payment is received.
- If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated restock time or offer an alternative solution.
3. Order Cancellations
Regular Orders
- Orders may be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
- If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the return process (see Section 5).
Special Orders & Custom Orders
- Special/custom orders require full payment upfront.
- Cancellations within 24 hours: A refund may be possible minus an admin fee.
- After 24 hours (or once the order is placed with the supplier), the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. Returns & Refunds
Regular Stock Items
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Refunds will be issued as store credit or to the original payment method.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Special Orders & Custom Orders
- Special/custom orders cannot be returned unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or sale items.
- Used or damaged products.
- Items that have been modified or customized.
5. Warranty & Defective Items
- If an item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
- We will work with the manufacturer to determine the best resolution, which may include:
- A replacement (if stock is available).
- A repair (if applicable).
- A refund (if a replacement or repair is not possible).
- The customer may be required to return the defective item before a resolution is provided.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors.
- We are not responsible for delays once the item is with the courier.
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
7. Liability & Risk
- Once an order is shipped, the risk passes to the customer.
- We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling of products.

- We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for order processing and marketing (if opted in).
- Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties.
