Well sorry team, we don’t do something for nothing! We do however offer Free of Charge (FOC) trips for a little prid pro quo…
It costs us money to take you out on trips. We also strive to keep trip sizes small to maximise the enjoyment of our paying guests. So we need a good reason to increase our group size and risk impinging on the enjoyment of our customers.
The good news is we do, on occasion, allow pax to join us FOC, if they meet our criteria. This is a business after all and we need to see a return on our investment. Our criteria:
- You can and will sell our trips to people following your experience.
- You can offer our business significant exposure.
If you meet that criteria, awesome, lets talk.
If you don’t meet that criteria, do not despair, we may still be able to offer you a discounted rate. We have in the past even been able to put on bespoke private trips for people at a discounted rate if we can find a way to make it work for everyone involved.
As a minimum we’d expect 5* reviews on TripAdvisor, Facebook and Google and for you to send us a few customers in the future.
Please bare in mind that our customers are the most important part of our business and so anyone we take out for free must not effect their enjoyment in anyway. Please be on time and help your guide make the trip as smooth and hassle free as possible.
We may require confirmation from a line manager to ensure requests are bona fide.
FOC trips are on a space availability and last on first off basis.
We will need credit card details to confirm your booking, although no charges will be made to this card, unless of course FOC pax are in breach of any of the terms and conditions set out above.
